On the 5th December 2012 Suffolk Coastal DC North Planning Sub-committee voted with a significant majority to refuse the planning application C/12/2048. This planning application proposed to erect a single 11kw community wind turbine with a hub height of 18.3 metres and blade diameter of 13 metres on land north west of Poutry Fram, Hall Lane.
